Admission Process

Application form is to be filled in & submitted in the school’s administrative office within one week of the issue of the forms.
Admission to Pre-Nursery, Nursery & Prep will be through Observation/Interaction. Dates of interaction will be intimated. Both Parents are advised to be present on the occasion.

There will be written test for students seeking admission to classes I and above. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for the interaction. During the interaction presence of both parents is essential.
At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted in Administrative office.

1. Registration Form duly filled in & signed.
2. Two Passport size coloured photographs
3. Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or other authorized competent authority.)

Note
Pupil who have attended other school cannot be admitted until Transfer Certificate from previous school is submitted.
Based on admission & other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit students who are found to be fit for admission.
In all matters related to admissions, the management’s decision is final.

Age Limit 
The age limit for admission to various classes as on 1st April, 2013 is as under:
2-1/2 yrs to 3-1/2 yrs— Pre-Nursery
3-1/2 yrs to 4-1/2 yrs— Nursery
4-1/2 yrs to 5-1/2 yrs— Prep
5-1/2 yrs to 6-1/2 yrs— I

Birth Certificate from Registrar of Briths
(II) Result and Mark-sheet of previous class
(III) SC/BC/ST Certificate from competent authority (if applicable)

If Birth Certificate or TC is not available, Admimission will be provisional subject to submission of Birth Certificate/TC within 30 days of admission.

(I) Transfer Certificate from a recognized school duly countersigned OR
Birth Certificate from Registrar of Briths
(II) Result and Mark-sheet of previous class
(III) SC/BC/ST Certificate from competent authority (if applicable)

If TC is not available, Admission will be provisional will be provisional subject to submission of TC within 30 days of admission.

4 X No Admission
5 XI

(I) Transfer Certificate from a recognized school duly countersigned
(II) Result and Mark-Sheet of provious Class
(III) SC/BC/ST Certificate from competent authority (if applicable)

If result of X is not declared, then SA I report can can be submitted for provisional admission, subject to submission of X certificate and mark-sheet issued by Board as soon as the result is declared.
